I want to do it if it means i wont get stalked as he does, and calls and messages from him, also he is this childs father, will it stop him from taking her as he thinks if he ever gets to see her he can take her and cause he is biological dad he wont get charged! I told him he cant do that to me. and to just leave me alone. all i want is him out of my life. First of all, you are right to tell the police. He raped you and that's a serious offense.





Secondly, he can't take the baby from you. You are the mother and in 9 out of 10 cases, the mother is awarded full custody. Besides, he raped you. What court would give a rapist a baby when the mother has the support and love of her family?
